North Sheffield Public Health Forum
‘A Forum for Promoting Public Health Practice in North Sheffield’

The group heard about they many physical and mental health benefits of exercise and even tried out chair aerobics. The group concluded that funding for community schemes is the big issue – as prevention is always better than cure and that the social benefits of physical activity was of equal importance.
