Swamp Circus Air Carnival

Swamp Circus Theatre are looking for some young street performers to add to the line-up at a carnival to celebrate fresh air. 
Whether you’re a skateboarding wizard or are eager to learn a new trick, there could be a place in the procession for you. 

From stilt-dancing to giant-puppet making, Swamp will have professional artistes available for performance skills workshops with youth groups in time for the carnival - from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday, May 11.
 
These workshops will feed into the carnival in the form of a procession and cabaret alongside top artistes on Tudor Square.
 
Artistic Director Brett Jackson said: “The carnival is a vehicle for fun and celebration, and an opportunity for the community together. All are welcome - to join in or watch.”
 
The Air Carnival ties in with a first time visit for Swamp’s acrobatic theatre spectacular MOTO to the Crucible Theatre.
