Green City Action would like to acknowledge and say thank you to BBC Children in Need, 
The Nationwide Foundation and Burngreave New Deal For Communities

Green City Action have secured funding to continue and expand the our toy library project to so it will be able to cater for children between 1-16. This money from BBC Children in Need is for one year. The 5-16 year old project will probably start in September.

The GCA Tool Bank has secured funds for a half time worker to run the project for 12 months. Probably starting June 2002.

Green City Action has also secured funds to pay for a Festival post for 6 months and the bulk of the festival costs that will enable the Abbeyfield Park Multicultural Festival to go ahead this year. These funds have come from Burngreave New Deal for Communities.
